About Me:
I grew up in Anchorage and graduated from Service High School in 1999. While in high school I was an exchange student in Ecuador for 11 months. After high school, I went to San Diego and Tacoma for college, graduating with a BA in History and a minor in Spanish from the University of Puget Sound in 2003. I worked in Anchorage as a bilingual tutor while I earned my Masters of Arts in Teaching from UAA School of Education. I moved to Nome in the fall of 2006 to teach history and Spanish at Nome-Beltz. I am currently teaching half time so that I can spend time with my toddler in the afternoons. [email protected] 907 443-5201 |
